If you want change you have to look for it
Depression
How would it feel if all your heavy thoughts turned as light as a feather? Would it be fair to say that your life would change from chalk to cheese. When you change your thoughts you change your feelings and behaviours.
Lifting Confidence
When you have low self-esteem and low-confidence you life tends to close down and everything gets worse. Using hypnotherapy we can help you to put your life on an upward trend.
Social Anxiety
Feeling afraid in social situations usually gets worse over time as you learn to be fearful in more and more situations. With hypnotherapy we help you to break that downward spiral and train you subconscious in to new patterns of behaviour.
Agoraphobic Behaviours
Feeling trapped in stiuations like using a lift, tubes, trains and even flying seems counter-intuitive as your conscious mind knows you are safe. But your subconscious mind simply does not believe it and you feel boxed in.
Insomnia
Lack of meaningful sleep can leave you feeling as though your body needs a rechage. Feeling fatigued effects mood, eating behaviours and the ability to handle trouble situation effectively. Hypnotherapy can help you to relax more effectively and achieve those illusive sleep patterns.
Motivation
When you are de-motivated it's as though you walk around with your eyes closed. It's not that you don't want opportunities it's simply that you don't see them. When you are motivated you actively search for opportunities and it's as if you suddenly become lucky.
What Valentina says
At a core level losing weight is easy you just have to eat less of the things you already know that make you put on weight. The trick is to make that new behaviour so natural that you don't really notice it.
When I help my clients to sleep naturally again the physical change that occurs is nothing less than extrodinary and never ceases to amaze me.They just look like new people and in a way they are.
Anxiety is not something you have to live with for life. I just feels that way at the moment. Even now there will be times that you can forget about feeling anxious. I just need to help you feel that way more of the time.
Hypnotherapy Can Be Confusing
Everyone has a different idea about what hypnotherapy does and how it works.

In these FAQ's I will try to answer the most common questions that I have been asked throughout my work as a hypnotherapist.
If you have any further questions taht are not covered in these FAQ's I would be happy to chat with you so that you can understand what hypnosis is and what it isn't.
When you come to realise the powerful changes that hypnotherapy can bring about you will wonder why you didn't use it years before.
How many sessions will I need?
On average 4-6 but sometimes more or less sessions are required.
Hypnotherapy is effective but it also depends on your motivation and desire to change.
Your Hypnotherapist will want to help you in the minimum number of sessions possible. You and the hypnotherapist will review your progress so that at any time you can make a valued judgement about how the therapy is progressing.
Can hypnotherapy help with a medical issue?
Yes, very often. However, it is imperative that you first consult with your doctor regarding the issue. Many problems of a physical nature including chronical conditions and controlling pain respond well to hypnotherapy.
Will I be in control?
Yes, you will be in control at all times. No one can control your mind. The hypnotherapist guides you to the resolution of your issue and cannot make you do anything that you do not want to do.
Your subconscious mind protects you so you will not accept any suggestions that go against your morals and ethics. We understand that every person and each issue are unique and our aim is to provide guidance, not to control or dictate.
Is Hypnosis safe?
Yes, if there is any problem at any time a person will naturally come out of the trance. The worst that can happen in a hypnotic trance state is... Nothing. i.e. no change will occur.
Hypnotherapy is a proven method for quickly and efficiently providing treatment for many issues and helps to bring harmony in mind, body and spirit.
There is also a growing body of scientific knowledge, psychoneuroimmunology, which is proving that the mind is directly linked to our immune system. This means that the techniques used in hypnotherapy can affect positively our physical as well as psychological well-being.
What is being in trance-like?
During hypnosis, your body relaxes and your thoughts become more focused. In this relaxed state, you will feel comfortable physically but mentally fully alert, very sensitive and perceptive to positive suggestions.
Trance will be experienced slightly differently by everyone. In general, you will feel relaxed but still aware of whatever is going on around – the hypnotherapist’s voice or other noises that occur.
Although is not the same as sleep most people feel refreshed and find the experience very pleasant. If at any time you wish to exit trance you will be able to. You are likely to remember most of what was said during the session but probably not every word and this is normal.
What happens in a Hypnotherapy session?
You will be made to feel comfortable, at ease, and any questions you have will be answered. Firstly, you will usually have a chat with your hypnotherapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. You will be asked questions about yourself and your issue. The process of expected treatment will be explained to you.
At this stage, you may be gently guided into trance by listening to the hypnotherapist’s voice so that your mind and body are relaxed.
You will be very relaxed and comfortable to the extent where the exact meaning of the words the therapist says will not concern you.
Various techniques then can be used for your benefit and when appropriate the trance will be terminated.
At the end of the session, there will be a discussion about the experience you had and if necessary, how we are going to proceed.
Finally, payment for the session is made and any further arrangements agreed.
Can I be Hypnotised?
Every person can be hypnotised. Some people are more susceptible than others but everyone goes into natural trance-like states on a daily basis.
The trance is a natural phenomenon that occurs numerous times throughout each person’s day, such as daydreaming or watching an absorbing TV program, which makes everything else fade into unimportance.
Being hypnotised is usually done by relaxing the client until a light trance is induced. A Hypnotherapist cannot force you into a hypnotic trance against your will.
What is Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy?
The term “hypnosis” derives from the name of the Greek God of sleep Hypnos; however, most physiological studies of hypnosis relate it more to the waking than to the sleeping state.
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness (also known as trance) into which you allow yourself to enter with the guidance of a hypnotherapist. You are in control all the time, you always know what is happening, and you can come out of this state at any time in the same way one can snap out of a vivid daydream.
This state of altered consciousness allows for imagination to be utilised as a therapeutic tool, so that people can use their full potential, control their habits and reduce pain, fear and anxiety.
The words “hypnosis” and “hypnotherapy” tend to be used interchangeably, however, there is a key distinction between the two. During hypnotherapy, the clients are hypnotised but once they reach this state, then therapy is performed. In other words, hypnotherapy is a more focused and therapeutic version of hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy has proven efficient in habit and behaviour disorders, psychosomatic disorders, pain control, anxiety, and chronic conditions.
